Safecall

The community alarm service, Safecall, is an emergency communication system. This means people with a unit installed in their homes can use it to call for help, from their own homes to the call centre if they have had a fall, an accident, are worried and need help.

Safecall is not restricted to older people or those who are disabled or ill. It is available for anyone who feels vulnerable for any reason.

This is a 24 hour service for which there is a weekly charge. Community services may be able to help with this if you are on a low income.
