Training and Recruitment

There are a wide range of business-related training opportunities provided by the Council's partners at SCOLA and Carshalton College. Other providers, such as Business Link and Sutton Chamber, hold particular training events, while Learndirect offers business training courses at its Sutton outlets.

Many of these agencies will visit your work premises in order to compile a Training Needs Assessment, then help you to develop a Training Plan for yourself and your workforce.
