Client Catering - This is a specialist unit providing advice and services for catering provision operated by, or on behalf of, the borough.  The unit works closely with the borough schools to ensure that government requirements are being met within the whole school provision.

Business Regulation – Protection and improvement of public health by regulating standards of food safety, food related illness and health and safety

Environmental Health Team - Protection of the environment, human health and eco-systems from land, water, noise and air pollution. Improves public health and quality of life by improving the private sector housing stock. Deals with the StreetScene and complaints regarding noise

Licensing - Licensing of premises, activities and people engaged in activities which impact on public safety and health (e.g. sale of alcohol, public entertainment, night cafes, street trading and special treatments)
