Re-use & Recycling Centre, Kimpton Park Way, Sutton SM3 9QH (off Oldfields Road, A217).
The Centre is accessed from a new road, Kimpton Park Way. The Centre is open for Sutton residents to dispose of their unwanted household waste and recyclables as before but with a greater emphasis on recycling. Please remember to take proof of your Sutton address with you when using the site.
Residents using the Centre should pack their vehicles with recycling in mind and so the materials that they bring to the centre can be unloaded and separated easily. Stewards will be on hand to assist and advise residents as they arrive at the Centre.
The Centre has recycling facilities for paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, cans, aluminium foil, beverage cartons, textiles, shoes, garden waste, glass, bicycles, scrap metal (such as washing machines & cookers), wood, engine oil, small amounts of rubble and household & car batteries, spectacles, toner cartridges and mobile phones.
Any other items that might be useful for craft work activities can be donated to Squirrels, another local charity that provides various materials for all kinds of community groups to use. Ribbons, dress fabrics, buttons, corks, coloured paper etc. Please give Squirrels a ring if you think that you might have something they can offer to others. Tel. 020 8641 1881
Trade Waste: There is no Trade waste facility at this site.
Traders wishing to dispose of waste should take it to one of the following destinations

Garden Waste: Garden waste delivered to the site is composted at Beddington and some of the soil improver produced is made available to residents free of charge at the Reuse & Recycling Centre. Residents must provide their own sacks and can take up to 4 sacks of soil improver on each occasion.
Fridge & Freezers: These can be delivered to the recycling centre free of charge. Please remember to take a utility and a council tax bill.
The use of private vans: The use of private vans, other large capacity vehicles and trailers is discretional. These must be weighed in at the weighbridge and residents must show current Council Tax documentation and another form of identification before being admitted to the site. Residents are allowed up to 500Kg each Council Tax year. No vans are admitted to the site after 4pm weekdays and after 12:30pm on Saturdays. Vans are not admitted on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

- Tuesday to Saturday:9am – 5pm (Residents only)
- Sunday: 9am – 2pm (Residents only)
- Bank Holidays: 9am – 5pm (Closed on Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day)
