The housing centre consists of six service areas that assist the public in accessing and remaining in their homes.
Housing Options and Advice
Here you can obtain help to find a place to live, help with your housing problems such as disrepair, benefits, disputes and harrassment, housing-related debt, tenancy problems, ownership issues and homelessness. For more information go to Housing Advice.
Housing Assessment and Home Ownership
This service provides advice and information about applying for Council and Housing Association accommodation in Sutton or moving from one property to another.
Some of the schemes available can assit you to move to other areas of the country.

Homeless Persons Service
This team provides accommodation to the young, old, unwell or families who are homeless or about to become homeless. For more information, go to Homeless Persons.
Community Support
This service provides support to persons with mental health difficulties living in the borough. Referal to this team is usually via the Community Mental Health Teams and/or borough's hospitals. There is no direct public access to this service.
