Self-esteem
It's about feeling good about yourself, coping with anything that comes your way and thinking positive.
It means you can enjoy relationships, learn confidently and manage those tricky situations.
If you are worried about anything relating to self esteem talk to a member of staff in your school, your local GP, family member, friends or other trusted adult.
For more information on self-esteem issues, listed below are a variety of local and national support groups and organisations. For information on other local and national support groups please search the online Sutton Family Information Directory.
