Assessing your Needs

This involves us working with you to find out what your needs are, and whether we are able to help. We will always give you an assessment if you ask for one, even if you do not qualify for help, (for example if you can afford to pay for your own services.)

Direct Payments

Direct Payments

Direct Payments are local council payments for people who need help from social services. They let you decide how you are cared for because you can choose and pay for your care services yourself.
