User ID and Pin

To log in to the Library Catalogue and your account details you will need your User ID and a PIN.

Your User ID is the number on your Library Card, e.g. 20119000000024.

Your PIN, on your first login access, is the last 4 digits of your User ID, in this example 0024.

We strongly recommend that you change your PIN on first access by logging in and then selecting "Renewals & My Account" and then "User PIN Change".

If you have forgotten your PIN or find that your log in does not work please contact any of our libraries and a member of staff will reset it for you.
