The Council is currently working on the development of several sites across the borough. This aims to make better use of the space to provide new homes for those in need.
One of these sites is Alexandra Gardens.
This development will deliver:
- 8 one-bedroom flats
- 15 two-bedroom flats
- 2 wheelchair user flats
- 21 wheelchair accessible and adaptable flats

- start on site - November 2021
- expected completion - early 2023
All properties will be let at the London Mayor’s London Affordable Rent levels.
