The Children and Young People Disability Service  supports children from 0 to 18 who are registered as a child/young person with a disability and is the main provider of social care services. 

Our team consists of social workers, occupational therapists and specialist support practitioners who provide advice and assistance to children and young people with disabilities and their parents/carers.
