Current Proposals and Developments

The Council is currently working on the development of several sites across the borough. This aims to make better use of the space to provide new homes for those in need. 

One of these sites is Assembly Walk.

This development will deliver: 

• 1 one-bedroom wheelchair accessible flat
• 3 two-bedroom flats
• 6 two-bedroom maisonettes

Dates

• start on site - June 2021

• expected completion - November 2022

All properties will be let at the London Mayor’s London Affordable Rent levels.
