If you've seen faulty or broken street equipment/furniture, first check it's not on a red route - Transport for London (TfL) are responsible for things on red routes. Red routes have single red or double red lines and are normally A roads, eg A217, or A24 etc.
If it's not on a red route then use our online form to let us know about the problem: Report faulty street equipment (for instance bollards, traffic signs, crossings or other street equipment)
