Victor Films is looking for a musician, a choreographer and a drone videographer

The London Borough of Sutton has commissioned Victor Films to produce a short choreographed film that combines community participation with the science pioneered at the London Cancer Hub.

The film is the first project to be realised in the context of Sutton STEAMs Ahead - the programme funded by the 2023 Cultural Impact Award the Council received in 2019.

This is going to be an expressive moving image piece, featuring members of the local community forming changing cell structures filmed with a drone camera across a variety of the borough’s land and urban-scapes. The aim of the film is to promote Sutton as a centre for learning, science, art and maths.

To realise this film, Victor Films is looking for:

  • A musician or group to compose a soundtrack that will form the basis for the choreography and play throughout the film
  • A choreographer to work with non-professional community dancers and design poses and dance moves
  • A drone videographer to support the production of aerial shots in different locations across the borough
