Overview of the service
We are a registered charity. We provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice and information on matters such as welfare benefits, debt, employment and housing. We provide advice and information at venues and organisations across Sutton Everyone has the right to use the Citizens Advice Service.

We provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice on matters such as welfare benefits, debt, employment and housing. Everyone has the right to use the Citizens Advice Service If you do not live or work in the London Borough of Sutton, our service will be much more limited and we may have to give you details of your local CAB and other services closer to you

We conduct client satisfaction surveys by telephone and forms. We are able to provide information and leaflets. We have given financial capability sessions at different venues
Is the service fully accessible?
Both the Sutton and Carshalton and Wallington offices are wheelchair accessible. The Carshalton and Wallinton office has a disabled lift and on site parking. There are disabled toilet and baby change facilities. The service is provided in the community. Please feel free to contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs and we will work with you to resolve any access issues as far as possible
