Sutton and Kingston LGPS pension administration service

This service is responsible for the administration of the London Borough of Sutton (LBS) and the Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK) pension funds within the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).   

RBK delegated its pension administration function to LBS in April 2016 and the shared LBS and RBK Pension Administration Team (S&K PAT) is located in the LBS Civic Offices. It should be noted that the LBS Pension Fund and RBK Pension Fund remain separate funds within each authority. S&K PAT administer both the LBS Pension Fund and the RBK Pension Fund on behalf of all scheme members and their employers. 

Pensions Online 

If you are an active or deferred member of the Sutton or Kingston LGPS fund you can now manage your account online

You will be able to:

  • update your personal details
  • view your service, earnings and contributions and
  • access your annual benefit statements (produced annually by 31st August) 
  • produce a retirement quote (if over 55 years of age)

If you are using it for the first time, you must register first and activate your account after receiving a code. If you have difficulties registering, please email skpensions@sutton.gov.uk.

Active and deferred benefit statements 

We are required to produce annual benefit statements each year by 31 August for active and deferred members and are able to view on Pensions On Line.  If you would like a statement emailed to you, pease contact absqueries@sutton.gov.uk.
