The final plans have been agreed and work in the Town Centre commenced in February 2011. Work is expected to continue until June 2011.
A Member & Stakeholder Steering Group has been established to oversee the consultation and design process.
Regular meetings will be held for the Member & Stakeholder group during construction to keep them informed of scheme progress and enable them to adequately report back to members of the public.
