The Contracts & Quality Assurance Team is responsible for Contract Management and Quality Assurance of commissioned services. The team manages the overarching contract and standards therein and works to ensure services are being delivered in line with the contract, by monitoring performance, undertaking spot-check visits and full quality audits. We seek the views of users and stakeholders to ensure the service meets the needs of the end user. Where appropriate we take action to raise the standard of the service through a process of action plan, default, suspension and termination.
