Development Framework for Sutton Station and Adjacent Land (SPD)
The Development Framework for Sutton Station and Adjacent Land was adopted by the Council on 7th June 2005 as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
It provides guidance on future proposals for the development of the area around Sutton Station over the next 10 to 15 years. It also includes possible longer-term transport improvements.
The SPD, which forms part of the Council's Local Development Framework, will eventually be incorporated into the proposed Sutton Town Centre Area Action Plan (DPD). The adopted Development Framework incorporates a number of changes arising from public consultation on the draft document held between 21st June and 30th July 2004.
