Accessibility

Accessibility features of this website to improve your browsing experience.

The London Borough of Sutton is dedicated in providing all users with accessibility and we will continue to ensure that everyone can use this site effectively and easily as possible while maintaining an acceptable level of Government conformance.

We are always looking to improve our site.  If you find a page or section that you do not find accessible, please email us at webadmin@sutton.gov.uk and we will investigate the issue.  Please provide full details of the problem and the page/s in question.

Eform disclaimer: We are aware that the Eform areas are not fully accessible to certain user groups but we are working with our Eform portal supplier to rectify these in future.

Changing font size and colour

People with a visual impairment may have problems reading the default colours and font sizes on this website. It is possible to change these settings so all web pages are displayed in a larger typeface and clearer colour scheme. Use the relevant buttons in the top right hand panel of every page on the site (under the heading 'Accessibility options') to change the font size or page colour.

Screen reader

We offer free screen reader functionality. Follow the Dixerit link in the 'Accessibility Options' panel in the top right of the screen to access this feature. Dixerit software can read web pages, PDFs and Word documents for you.

Translation

If English is not your first language, you can use a free online translation service, which offers translation from English into more than 20 other languages.

The translation will not be perfect, but you should be able to understand it.
