    Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy

    The purpose of a JHWS is to describe the priorities agreed by NHS, Local Authority and Community Partners for ensuring that the health and wellbeing of all local residents is maintained and improved wherever possible. The strategy identifies the priorities for 2012/13 and includes targets and outcomes to be achieved.

    Sutton JSNA We are delighted to present the Sutton Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) for 2011-12 which for the first time focuses exclusively on the health needs of the population of Sutton.
