Children and Young People Disability Service

The Children and Young People Disability Service supports children from 0 to 18 who are registered as a child/young persons with a disability and is the main provider of social care services. 

Our team consists of social workers, occupational therapists and specialist support practitioners who advise and assist children and young people with disabilities and their parents/carers.
