How to apply
Apply for a temporary traffic management order by completing our Temporary Road Closures form (in Word format) and returning to us by email using the contact details at the top of the form.
Fees from 1st April 2021
The fee depends on the reason for requesting temporary closure / restrictions
- Emergency works or planned works less than 5 days requiring a public notice only : £862.30
- Planned works (works lasting longer than 5 days) requiring a public notice and traffic order : £1723.59
Please note that Applicants will need to organise notifying any prohibitions / restrictions to businesses and residents. They will also need to cover the costs of any other service including parking cones, warning signs and covering existing signs.
