Homecare and Support services

So our residents continue to receive high quality and personalised homecare, we are making some changes to the Homecare and Support services.

From April 2018 we will be working with some new homecare providers, while some current providers will no longer be delivering this service for us. Even though some homecare providers will be changing, this doesn't always mean that a resident's carer will change.

Also, if a customer would like to stay with their current provider, they can do so by using a Direct Payment (eligibility criteria applies) to buy homecare and support directly from the chosen provider. Further information on Sutton Homecare can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions. If a service user would like to opt for Direct Payments, a member of that team will be able to help by calling us on 020 8770 5000. Please refer to the Direct Payments Guidelines for further information. 

We have just sent a second letter to customers informing them of who their new provider is going to be.  Further updates that the customers will receive will be coming directly from their new provider, but all customers are welcome to call the Council or fill in the online enquiry form if they have any further questions or concerns.

  • Support available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

  • On-call advice outside of office hours available

  • Dedicated Social Value Coordinator to support people to access services

  • Multilingual staff and a translation service


  • Have been delivering homecare services for over 20 years

  • Work with you to develop a personalised care package tailored to the individual

  • Governed and rated as ‘Good’ by the CQC

  • All training to care workers and support workers is delivered in house
