Homecare and Support services

So our residents continue to receive high quality and personalised homecare, we are making some changes to the Homecare and Support services.

From April 2018 we will be working with some new homecare providers, while some current providers will no longer be delivering this service for us. Even though some homecare providers will be changing, this doesn't always mean that a resident's carer will change.

Also, if a customer would like to stay with their current provider, they can do so by using a Direct Payment (eligibility criteria applies) to buy homecare and support directly from the chosen provider. Further information on Direct Payments can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions. If a service user would like to opt for Direct Payments, a member of that team will be able to help by calling us on 020 8770 5000.

We will be keeping all customers updated throughout the process and will send details of the changes, who the customer's new provider will be and next steps, this February.

  • Have been delivering homecare services for over 20 years

  • Work with you to develop a personalised care package tailored to the individual

  • Governed and rated as ‘Good’ by the CQC

  • All training to care workers and support workers is delivered in house
