Draft Beddington Village Conservation Area Character Appraisal
During 2016 the council worked with local residents and Beddington North Neighbourhood Forum members  to produce the Draft Beddington Village Conservation Area Character Appraisal (CA). The CA has formed part of the Local Plan evidence studies and its recommendations in terms of the boundary review were incorporated into the Adopted Local Plan (February 2018).

We will be holding a public meeting/drop-in session on Monday 26 March at Cricket for Change, Plough Lane, from 6.00pm - 7.00pm, where residents will  have the opportunity to comment on the document. The Council officers will also be available at the Beddington North Neighbourhood Forum meeting on 26th March to answer any questions. The CA will be revised incorporating your responses and the final CA reported at the next available Housing Economy and Business Committee later in 2018.

Please email any comments to beddington@sutton.gov.uk or post to The Strategic Planning Team, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, SM5 2JG.
