Introduction

Housing and Support Brokerage services are provided by Encompass LATC Ltd on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton. For further information please view the Encompass page.

If you find that your housing situation has changed, or will be changing soon, and you would like some advice, the first thing you need to do is complete an online housing options form.

Once completed, your personal action plan will show you what you need to do to resolve your housing issue, including giving you contact details of council departments or external partners. If you are eligible for a call back (within the 2 working days after you get your Action Plan) or you think your situation is an emergency contact us on 020 8770 5000 and press option '3', then '4'.

Please make sure you have all relevant information and full contact details if asked for. You will also need your online housing options reference number so please keep a note of that once you start your online housing options form. An adviser will then call you back as soon as possible - we aim to call back within 4 working hours.

Note: we can only speak to someone on the phone or provide face to face housing advice to those with urgent or complex housing needs. If your need is neither, you will be required to complete the online housing options and follow your action plan.
