Bisham Close
The Council has completed the redevelopment of the garage site at Bisham close building 4 new 2 bedroom family homes.
These properties are highly insulated, have triple glazing, energy efficient air source heat pumps and solar panels.
All of the properties were handed over to the new tenants in September 2022 and were let at the London Mayor’s London Affordable Rent levels.
