The Council is currently working on the development of several sites across the borough. This aims to make better use of the space to provide new homes for those in need.
One of these sites is 30-32 Beddington Lane.
We have submitted a planning application to redevelop the existing site and build:
- a block of 4 flats
- 5 houses
The finished development will comprise
- 1 one bedroom wheelchair adapted flat
- 3 two-bedroom flats
- 5 three-bedroom houses
