If you are already a patient at South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust, between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday you should call the mental health team that looks after you.

24/7 Mental Health Support Line

The Mental Health Support Line offers emotional support and advice to people who are affected by urgent mental health issues, at any time of the day or night. It is open to everyone: both children and adults of all ages, and to people who haven’t previously accessed mental health services.

Kooth provides free, safe, confidential, non-judgmental and anonymous support for students, where you can share experiences and gain support from their community and qualified professionals. Giving emotional and mental health support for children and young people aged between 11 to 24 years up to 10pm every day. Join the Kooth community.
