Lockdown Lessons Winners

Lockdown Lessons Winners video

Over lockdown, Cognus Limited launched the ‘Lockdown Lessons’ competition for young people in Sutton.  We had nearly 70 entries and the quality was of a very high level with some very talented, creative entries.  We had entries from Sutton residents from Westbourne, Avenue, Little Limes, Stanley Park Juniors, Wallington County Grammar, Carshalton Boys, Rushey Meadow, Abbey, Wallington High School for Girls, Robin Hood Juniors, Greenshaw, Wallington Primary, Cilvers House, St Philomena’s, Nonsuch Primary, Oaks Park high, Glenthorne, Barrow Hedges, Cheam Park Farm, Dorchester, St Cecilia’s, Carshalton Girl’s, Cheam Common Juniors, Harris Morden and St Teresa’s.  Thank you particularly to Robin Hood Juniors, St Philomena’s and St Cecilia’s where there were many entries.

It was really tough choosing the winners, but the judging panel finally came to a decision for first, second and third place in the 3 age categories.

All schools and young people will be sent their book vouchers and donations and we are working towards a celebration event in September.

Well done all! Some wonderful, touching pieces expressing thoughts and emotions from this difficult time and also celebrating our nation's heroes.
