Pre Schools

If you would like to apply for any of our Preschools, you will need to complete the Expression of Interest All Pre-schools Form and submit it. As places become available, you will be asked to complete a Declaration Form for the Free Entitlement Funding (2 Year or 3 Year).  Please bring your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport when you complete the Declaration Form. 

If you are applying for a 2 year old place, you will need to provide evidence that you are eligible for a free childcare entitlement place for 2 year old. You can do this via the Sutton Parent Portal or by calling the Family Information Service on 020 8770 6000.

How places are offered

You will receive a telephone call or email once we are able to offer your child a place. If you accept the place, you will receive an offer letter, confirming details of a home visit which is carried out by the Lead Practitioner and your child’s Key Worker.

You will also receive an Admissions Pack which will include:

  • Admissions Contract

  • Emergency Contact Registration Form

  • All About Me and My Family Form

  • Children’s Centre Registration Form


Please fully complete any paperwork, where indicated, in time for your home visit.
