The Scrutiny Committee meeting on Wednesday will be open to the public to attend. Members of the Scrutiny Committee will be asking the Chair of the Environment and Neighbourhood Committee questions about a range of topics, including the parking strategy.

It is important to highlight no decisions will be made at the meeting on Wednesday.

Any decisions regarding the parking strategy will only be made once everybody has had chance to consider the results from the ongoing consultation process.

We welcome anybody who wants to watch the proceedings.

There is limited space and 100 tickets will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Two additional overflow rooms, containing audio facilities only, will also accommodate approximately 70 people. Tickets will be available in the civic office reception from 6.45pm.

As we want to give residents a chance to hear what is being discussed, the meeting will be recorded and the audio recording will be available on our website after the meeting.
