Supporting Bandon Hill Primary School following a recent fire

“Sutton Council is working closely with the Senior Leadership Team at Bandon Hill Primary School following the fire at the school on Christmas Day. A site visit took place today to assess the extent of the damage caused and to plan the necessary reparation works. A contractor will be on site from the 31st December to begin the necessary work. The school wrote to parents on the 26th December to state that pupils in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (the classrooms that are affected) will not be able to attend school until the 20th January 2020. All other year groups should attend school as normal. We are working to try and ensure the school is fully operational as quickly as possible and further updates will be issued by the school in due course”.
