Sutton Council boosts support for local care providers

The Sutton Care Hub is the single point of access for guidance, resources and information for all staff working across Sutton’s care sector. It provides staff, at all levels, with the assurance that they can access the correct, most up to date information at any time from their computer, phone or tablet.

It is our ambition to work together with South West London CCG and providers to build a stable, sensitive and supportive care offer in Sutton that works for staff and residents, streamlining communications processes, providing the latest news and guidance; as well as hosting an events calendar and information on staff training opportunities.

Councillor Marian James, Chair of People Committee, said: “I am delighted with the launch of the Sutton Care Hub website, a new one-stop shop for all the latest news, guidance and full of helpful resources for care providers in the London Borough of Sutton.

“Staff at all levels will be able to quickly access the information they need, speeding up processes and the sharing of information, particularly in the event of changing guidance as a result of COVID-19 developments. This site has come about as a direct response to the pandemic and we are very pleased to centralise all this information for our providers.”
