Transform lives by fostering in your home

As we embark on a new year, I want to highlight the incredible benefits of fostering and encourage you to consider whether you could become a foster carer. Fostering is a powerful way to make a positive impact on a child's life and your support can make a lifelong difference to the well-being and development of children and young people.

We have an urgent need for more foster carers in the borough. We have children and young people who really need a stable home, someone to care for them  and someone who will help them navigate life’s challenges.

So, if you are wondering, if you could be that someone, why not check out this video: “Any of Us”. The film shows that anyone can foster as long as they have the capacity to care and of course a spare room!
