The borough has two theatres, Secombe and Charles Cryer Studio Theatre, which are a vibrant heart of the theatre and arts  community in Sutton. Enjoy the magic and see some of the many talented local companies perform in a variety of drama, dance, musicals and comedy. Sutton's parks and open spaces offer some 1,500 acres of picturesque and tranquil oases in this busy London suburb. In addition to their natural beauty, many parks share an impressive heritage. 
Most of the parks offer some sporting or recreation facilities, from football pitches to tennis courts, crazy golf to bowling greens and teenage ball parks to children's playgrounds.

Take a stroll along the River Wandle that meanders through the borough and see the many historic buildings that line its path. Visit one of Sutton’s historic houses at Honeywood Heritage Centre, "Whitehall" in Cheam and Nonsuch Mansion.
