New Build Council Housing

Current Proposals and Developments

The Council is currently working on the development of several sites across the borough in order to make better use of the space to provide new homes for those in need. We are in the early stages of this project.

These sites are:

• 30-32 Beddington Lane
• 75 Woodcote Road 
• Assembly Walk 
• Alexandra Gardens
• Radcliffe Gardens 

Completed Developments

Fellowes Road, Carshalton - 15 houses completed in October 2018

Alcester Road, Wallington - 57 flats completed August 2019

Richmond Green, Beddington - 21 houses completed August 2019

Bisham Close, Carshalton - 4 houses completed in September 2022

Forde Place, Carshalton - 4 houses completed October 2022

Otway House, Stonecot Hill - 6 flats completed November 2022

All of the homes are now occupied. These residents and the wider community are benefitting from high-quality homes that also enhance the local environment.
