Carers Offer

What is the Carer’s Offer and who is it for? 

Sometimes the overall support available to unpaid Carers in Sutton is referred to as “the Carer’s Offer.” This includes services provided by Sutton Council, GPs and the NHS, the voluntary sector and local community groups. This includes:

  • support for a Carer's personal health and wellbeing
  • help for Carers in their caring role
  • specific Carer needs, for example - Young Carers
  • peer support
  • community-based activities for both the Carer and cared for

The Sutton Information Hub has a Support for Carers section where you can browse local services and there's also a search feature where you can look for a specific activity or type of support or ask what is available by neighbourhood or area.
