Civic Act of Remembrance, Holy Trinity Church Wallington, Sunday 14 November

The service will include a two minute silence at 11am, held at the war memorials located within the church. 

All residents are welcome to attend, but are asked to book free tickets online (or to call the church directly on 020 8647 7605) so they can manage the number of attendees.

The service will also be live streamed from 10:30am on Holy Trinity’s website and YouTube channel. This is to ensure as many residents are able to participate in this service of remembrance as possible, whilst also helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

An Act of Remembrance will then follow a short walk away at the Wallington Green War Memorial at approximately 11.45am, led by Vicar James Hills and The Mayor of Sutton. After the main wreath laying, members of the public will be invited to lay their own tributes if they wish to do so. All are welcome to attend.
