If your Freedom Pass expires on 31 March 2026 the following information will explain what you need to do to renew your pass.
If your address has not changed
If you are an Older Person’s Freedom Pass holder whose pass expires on 31 March 2026 and you have not changed address, or you have notified London Councils of your new address, you will automatically receive your new pass in the post before your current pass expires.
If you have not notified London Councils of a change of address
If your address has changed since you received your last Freedom Pass and you have not notified London Councils, you will need to provide one of the following documents so that your address can be updated as quickly as possible:

If your address has not changed
Suppose you are a Disabled Freedom Pass holder whose pass expires on 31 March 2026 and you have not changed address, or you have notified the Sutton Council Concessionary Travel Team of your new address. In that case, you will automatically receive a new pass in the post before your current pass expires.
If you have not notified the Sutton Council Concessionary Travel Team of your new address
If you have changed address and have not notified the Sutton Council Concessionary Travel Team, and wish to continue using a Freedom Pass you will need to contact the Concessionary Travel Team on 020 8770 4578 (not Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm) and provide one of the following documents so that your address can be updated:

You should receive your new Freedom Pass by 28th February 2026

If you don’t receive your Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass by this date, please contact Concessionary Travel at concessionarytravel@sutton.gov.uk or call 020 8770 4578 (not Tuesdays or Thursdays after 12pm).
