Have your say at committee meetings

There are two ways to address the Planning Committee if you have an interest in an application:

• request to speak at the meeting 
• submit a written statement about the application of interest

Speak at a meeting 

You can complete a form to request to speak at Planning Committee.

If there is more than one person with the same interest in an application, you'll need to nominate one person to address the committee. 

Submit a written statement 

You can complete a form to submit a written statement to the Planning Committee.
