How much do the meals cost

The Government provides free school meals for pupils attending state-funded primary schools for all pupils in Reception, Year 1 and 2

The Greater London Authority will be providing funding to Local Authorities to extend entitlement to years 3,4,5 and 6  from September 2023 to July 2024. It is not yet known if this funding will continue beyond July 2024.

The cost of a senior meal £2.75

Find out if child/children are eligible for the Free School Meals and Pupil Premium. If you are eligible for means-tested free school meals, your child's school will get additional funding through pupil premium and therefore it is really important that you apply.
