How we manage Council properties
We own the housing stock, but day to day management and maintenance of these is the responsibility of SHP. SHP manages the 6,500 Council owned and 1,500 leasehold properties in Sutton.

SHP is non-profit organisation. They were established in April 2006 as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO).
SHP work in partnership with the Council and residents. They are committed to delivering excellent, customer focused and cost effective landlord services to all tenants and leaseholders.
