‘We are very proud that the strong leadership and focused efforts by staff at all levels of the service has resulted in continual improvements since the Ofsted full inspection in 2016 and the focused visit on the protection of vulnerable adolescents in 2018. We know that this is having a positive impact on outcomes for children.
Our plans are ambitious and we have now reached a stage where we have the commitment of everyone in the service and the wider partnership to take forward a considerable programme of innovations.
The investment in our model of social work and practice developments has had a positive impact on the workforce as there are now more opportunities for career development.
