‘Working for Sutton is about more than a job to me. Being from the borough, I feel like I am doing something for my community. I've always loved working with young people, so when I saw a job at the Youth Offending Team I took a chance and applied; now here I am 4 years later!
I work with some amazing people, and love that we are often given the opportunity to share our thoughts with senior management.
