Local support groups for carers
Sutton has a number of different carer support groups which gives carers the opportunity to talk to other carers in similar caring situations who know what they are going through; and can offer support, sympathy, understanding and advice to help carers release some of the stress they may experience being a carer, and help them feel less isolated in their caring roles.
