Alternatively you may wish to speak to our Customer Service Team on 020 8770 5000 between 9am and 5pm Mon - Fri (Weds 9am - 3pm). Please note, we do sometimes experience high volume of calls and you may be kept waiting for a lengthy period of time.
We strive to keep waiting times down to a minimum, however due to the nature and complexities of Council Tax legislation, queries directed to the Customer Services Team can often take some time to resolve, therefore increasing the waiting time for those customers already in the queue. This can also be compounded by peaks in our calls due to correspondence sent out by the Council Tax Department.
Please make sure you have the relevant details which we will need to deal with your enquiry before you call - this is your Council Tax account number and or full address.
If you have registered for MyAccount, you may be able to resolve your query online before contacting us. There, you can view your account online including instalment plans and payments as well as view or download previous bills.
