We strive to keep waiting times down to a minimum, however due to the nature and complexities of Council Tax legislation, queries directed to the Customer Services Team can often take some time to resolve, therefore increasing the waiting time for those customers already in the queue. This can also be compounded by peaks in our calls due to correspondence sent out by the Council Tax Department.
