MyAccount has changed

We have moved to a new and improved MyAccount system for our customers who currently have an account with us for their benefits claims and council tax payments.

Access MyAccount

We have automatically created your account using your current email address (which will be your username) on our new system so you can continue to view your details online, safely and securely, which includes e-billing and e-notifications.

We are currently rolling out invites to access this system and you will receive an email asking you to change your password. We are unable to transfer your current password. Simply, follow the instructions in the email to confirm the password you wish to use.
