Children's First Contact Service

Children's First Contact Service is the first contact point for all enquiries related to the Disabled Children's Service including the following teams:

View information about Occupational Therapy.

View information about Short Breaks.

Social Work Service

View information about Team Around the Child (PDF).

View information about Transition for young people 14 -25 years.

View information about Sleep Counselling.

If you are a parent/carer, young person or professional and you want to ask us a question, seek advice or information, request a service or report a concern about a disabled child or young person you should contact Children's First Contact Centre on 020 8770 6001 or childrensfirstcontactservice@sutton.gov.uk

Children's First Contact Service is staffed by a multi-disciplinary team; so if the person who takes your call does not have the information you need, the chances are they will have a colleague nearby who does.
