Councillors from Sutton Council talk about improvements to Wallington Green funded from the Public Realm budget.
Changes included crow-proof bins that stop the birds pulling litter out and over the Green area.
Councillors approved £1,200 to replace green litter bins on the green with larger, black heritage bins, with lids.
Lots of community projects are getting funded by council grants this year.
