Check if you are eligible for free childcare for 2 year olds

You can check if your child is eligibility for the Free Early Education and Childcare Entitlement for 2 year olds using our Parent Portal.  

The portal will only be able to confirm your eligibility and tell you if you meet the financial criteria.

Accessing Sutton Parent Portal

If you are using the portal for the first time, you'll need to create a Suttons Parent Portal account.

Log in

If you have already created a Sutton Parent Portal account, you can log in to check your eligibility. 

You'll need your National Insurance number to complete the check.

Other ways to check your eligibility 

You should contact your childcare providers or the Family information Service to check eligibility, if your child is:

• in receipt of DLA
• adopted
• looked after by the local authority or
• you’re a non-EEA citizen who cannot claim benefits

You'll need to:

• provide evidence to your chosen childcare provider to check eligibility or
• contact the Sutton Family Information service on 020 8770 6000 for support and advice
